I started Elevation Health & Wellness Coaching because I believe that health is not just about the absence of disease, but a state of complete physical, mental, and social well-being. My name is Krystal Tavares and I am passionate about helping women achieve optimal health and wellness through personalized remote coaching and support. I am committed and dedicated to empowering women at high risk for cancer and other diseases make healthy lifestyle changes, mitigate stress, and live in the present moment without fear and false limitations.
I take a holistic approach to health, focusing on nutrition, physical activity, time in nature, stress management, and overall well-being. My coaching services are tailored to meet the unique needs, desires and goals of each individual client. I am a huge proponent of nature therapy and the community and support that outdoor activities provide. I encourage clients to try something new and find their compass and possibly their passion through outdoor play.
At Elevation Health & Wellness Coaching, we will explore all the areas of a healthy multidimensional lifestyle. My clients come to me from all walks of life with a variety of health and wellness goals. I will help you navigate through the Primary and Secondary foods of life and focus on the areas that feel most out of balance while celebrating the areas that are working well for you.
I believe in the power of bio-individualism and personalized plans to support YOUR individual health goals. I will work with you to create a plan that fits your overall lifestyle, desires, and needs. You will feel empowered around your own health and gain the tools to help you navigate daily life as your needs change over time.
