I started Elevation Health & Wellness Coaching because I believe that health is not just about the absence of disease, but a state of complete physical, mental, and social well-being. My name is Krystal Tavares and I am passionate about helping women achieve optimal health and wellness through personalized remote coaching and support. I am committed and dedicated to empowering women at high risk for cancer and other diseases make healthy lifestyle changes, mitigate stress, and live in the present moment without fear and false limitations.

I take a holistic approach to health, focusing on nutrition, physical activity, time in nature, stress management, and overall well-being. My health and wellbeing programs are tailored to meet the unique needs, desires and goals of each individual client. I am a huge proponent of nature therapy and the community and support that outdoor activities provide. I encourage clients to try something new and find their compass and possibly their passion through outdoor play.

I will help you navigate through the Primary and Secondary foods of life and focus on the areas that feel most out of balance while celebrating the areas that are working well for you.
